Jeremy Hood, Founder / President
Jeremy has had an in-depth career in the industry of Information Technology and Service that started 23 years ago. In 2015 Jeremy stepped out to use his experience and knowledge to start Eight.39. Jeremy is driven and committed to leading his Team in honesty, integrity, and quality. Jeremy loves the field of technology and enjoys discovering, testing, and researching innovative equipment, products and services that will benefit his clients and support their needs. The name Eight.39 is based on Jeremy’s favorite scripture; Romans 8:37-39
Megan Donaldson, Operations Manager
Megan brings over 5 years of operational leadership experience, with a proven ability to drive efficiency and innovation. Her passion for tackling challenges and strong analytical skills allow her to thrive in dynamic settings. Since joining Eight.39 in January 2025, Megan has applied her enthusiasm for modern tech and optimize processes, contributing to a more efficient, tech-driven future.
Jayson Hofferek, Install Technician Specialist
Jayson joined the Eight.39 Team April 2022. He is a man of many trades and was eager to learn more about the IT world. He has a talent for problem solving, and is known for bringing his best efforts to the table to solve any problems to the best of his ability. Jayson has great organizational skills which he uses on a daily basis while out in the field.
Austin Wooten, Install and Telematics Specialist
Austin is a skilled specialist in fleet telematics installations, with expertise in the technology behind modern fleet management. Known for his out-of-the-box thinking and can-do attitude, he approaches each project with confidence and ingenuity, delivering seamless, efficient solutions in both complex and hands-on installations. His extensive technical experience makes him a go-to technician for any telematics-related project.
Breanna Vaughan, Production Coordinator
Breanna joined Eight.39 in July 2022 and plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day production and operations. Serving as a central point of communication between customers and the Eight.39 team, she helps keep projects organized, schedules aligned, and deliverables moving forward smoothly. Breanna brings a detail-oriented, proactive approach to supporting both clients and internal teams. She is currently studying at Sam Houston State University, majoring in Interior Design.
Alan Rojas, Install Technician
Alan is a skilled Fleet Technician with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and field operations. With a background spanning fleet delivery, automotive service, and mobile repair, Alan brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to executing efficient, consistent fleet telematics installations. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is known for clear communication and dependable field execution across diverse fleet environments.
Zach Smith, Install Technician
Zach is a skilled Install Technician with expertise in cabling and hardware installations. Known for his ability to simplify complex technology for clients, he is committed to flawless project execution and exceeding expectations. A lifelong learner, Zach works well both independently and in teams, accomplishing every project with success.
